Big Woods is a community led by people who love the Lord with all thier heart, soul, mind, & strength...and who love their neighbors as themselves.  We are a fellowship that is "elder-led"  However CHRIST is the Head of the Church & it is His Will that is preeminent.  Our PASTOR gives the vision & the guide, feeds, shepherds, & protects.  Our ELDERS are charged with the spiritual direction & well-being of the church.  They give themselves to prayer & study of the Word in navigating the church toward its mission.  Our DEACONS handle the practical service issues of the church & maintenance of the building & grounds.
